Shipping Policy

Please be aware that shipping does not include any customs/duty taxes applicable in your country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be settled once the package arrives at its destination. Melissa Mia Art cannot be held accountable for these charges.

• The Netherlands: €15,-
• European countries: €40,-
• The US and Canada: €75,-

Order Processing and Shipping Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has been processed, and an email will follow as soon as your package is on its way.

Return Policy We ensure your artwork is carefully packed and secure wrapping to guarantee it arrives in perfect condition. However, if the artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately—no later than 24 hours. Notify us clearly via email at melissamia.art@gmail.com, including your name and order details and pictures of the damage.

Buyers are entitled to a refund if the damage was not caused by negligence or improper care on their part. If a return is necessary, the artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
