Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you have the right to return your order within14 days for any reason, without explanation. To qualify, the item must be in its original condition and in its original packaging. Please reach out to me at melissamia.art@gmail.com with details of the issue, and I will gladly assist you. Returned artwork must be securely repackaged to prevent damage during transit. Damaged returns will not be eligible for a refund. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, including any associated fees. Once we recieve and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcom. If approved a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
